Barcelona [Spain]: La Ricarda

La Ricarda is a private cottage located in the El Prat area, just 10 minutes from Barcelona. The international airport is just 3 minutes away.

The cottage lies in 90 hectares of land and is bordered by its own privately accessed beach. There is also a 3km long lake complete with dock and traditional wooden boat, all surrounded by cane plantations and a rich diversity of flora and fauna.

Although there are other houses on the property, only two are available to rent for photographic and commercial productions. One is located right by the sea.

The property also includes orchards and a large woodland area that surrounds the lake.
