• Gina Athans is the first South African model to appear on the cover of special edition Marie Claire. She has just finished a campaign shot by photographer Koto Bolofo, who was flown to Cape Town from Paris for the shoot.
  
• Max models signed Jenna Peterson for a 2nd year's exclusivity in Europe. She shot lingerie and swimwear with Hunkemoller, and a special feature for GQ Magazine which included the April '08 cover.
  
• Minki van der Westhuizen is now the face of both Mumm and Shimansky. Maryke Pieterse was recently booked for Vogue UK, Mala Bryan for Vogue Brazil, and Claire Melvill for Harper's Bazaar. Palesa Vedala has been signed-up as the face of Yardley Africa.
  
• Amber Arbucci is an exciting new addition to the Max board.
