Neal Vincent founded Base Model Agency in 1999 and is recognised in the modelling industry as a prominent figure within both the domestic and international markets. Winner of the male 'Face of the Eighties' competition, Neal embarked on an extensive international modelling career from 1989. From Paris to Milan, London and New York, Neal has featured on covers of elite magazines, has been seen on billboards in top campaigns, and has strutted the catwalk for international greats such as Versace, Armani, Valentino and Byblos.

Base Model Agency, together with its strong foreign ties, has expanded the careers of many local models to global status. Alongside Neal's endorsement with one of Hollywood's top actors' agencies, he now exclusively represents some of the world's biggest movie stars - and in conjunction has broadened the horizons of many local models-turned-actors.

Neal's broad knowledge of the ever changing and expanding model and film industries has constantly ensured him a substantial portion of the market share. With this as a strong foundation, Neal and his team continue to reach exciting new heights.
