Founded in Pilsen in 1994, Bohemia model management relocated to Prague in 1995. The company quickly acquired a market-leading position thanks to its talented staff, a portfolio of models that satisfies the needs of the Czech industry, and a superior scouting service which has led to the discovery and launch of top models including Karolina Kurkova.

In a bid to further strengthen its activities, the company teamed-up with Eskimo, an international model agency focused on scouting and career management that maintains offices in Reykjavik, Florianopolis, Bratislava and Tomsk.

Bohemia is now structured to provide a full range of talent to both foreign and domestic clients, providing female and male models, actors and TV people. The company places its own models with agencies around the world that adhere to a strict selection criteria based on career management abilities, performance, financial stability and friendliness. Bohemia tries to be an open, involved and reliable partner, qualities against which the company itself likes to be measured.
