A new concept was born in Hamburg, the most creative city in Germany, and anc. model management has since built its entire philosophy around these three initials. The agency now works with around 200 international men and women who are managed by a team of experienced, well-known bookers and Director/owner Linda Naujok.
The anc. roster includes women such as Alex Sandor, Maria Dvirnik, Elena Baguci, Kylie Bax and Yfke Sturm, men like Sasha Knesevic, Caleb Lane, Boris Beynet and Tim Lübbering, newcomers Borys Starosz and Cesar Casier, and ravishing celebrities such as Sylvie van der Vaart - a rising star on German TV.

The agency became one of the most renowned in Europe, and after a split at the end of 2007 she founded anc. model management.
