Bathhouse Studios
Bathhouse Studios is located in the East Village between Ave A and Ave B.
We think this is one of the premier photo rental spaces in New York City, an ideal space for virtually any type of shoot.
It has two Cycloramas and two professional kitchens, exposed brick walls, metal doors, tiled staircases, antique shower and free-standing bathtub - all of which can be used when shooting.
This unique space offers the benefits of a large professional studio, and more, along with a degree of intimacy that is hard to find elsewhere. Whichever studio you choose, you will have an entire floor to yourself - a good set-up for high-profile or celebrity shoots.
The studio has a small but capable and friendly staff who aim to meet all clients needs. It has a complete selection of rental equipment available in-house and is happy to help locate any speciality equipment needed.

Location 05
Location 05 has expanded into Tribeca with a third furnished and fully equipped daylight location offering spectacular views of the Hudson River.
Exposed to the south and west, the "GUEST HOUSE" is flooded with natural light. As with the studio's original SoHo locations, there are sets for every room in a home, plus a larger 'sun-drenched' kitchen.
Meanwhile, the groomed amenities at "HOME" and "LOFT" offer the contrasting styles of a Hamptons beach house and a must-have urban apartment. Customisable from the furniture down to the wall colour, the spaces offer a wide variety of shooting options. All the furniture rolls easily for effortless rearranging.
All three studios have full equipment, and are wireless, freight, and HMI ready.

Neo Studios
The word is out: 'NEO Studios is here and kicking A'!
Located in NOHO, NYC and in its third year of operations, NEO continues to build on its client roster and service offerings.
Bergdorf Goodman, Belk Department Stores, Nautica, Adidas/ Y-3, Ogilvy, BBDO and McCann are just a few of their current clients that keep coming back to shoot their jobs and, we are told, have a good time doing it.
A cyclorama was recently added to Studio 3 to enhance this 2,700 sq ft loft space.
We asked Neo for a quote for this Spotlight feature. Their reply: 'If you haven’t shot a job here yet, what are you waiting for? We'll make sure you get the job done, and you won't have to deal with attitude. Life’s too short to shoot anywhere else!'...

Primus
Nestled in the heart of one of Manhattan's most charming areas, lies the answer to the shooting needs of discerning photographers: Primus - a quaint little location masquerading as a studio.
The studio was designed by two photographers who wanted a space that was part of the creative process, a location with all the amenities of a studio but without the price of renting an architect's loft.
It is classic downtown New York at its base: industrial metal doors, old world steel window shutters and 100-year-old maple floors with the history of the artists that used to haunt Soho. Every wall treatment, fixture and detail has been chosen for its unique look and flexibility. An equipment room and library of flats and backdrops are also available.
The amenities that make this place stand out from rental locations are all those of a full-service studio; freight elevator, air-conditioning, steamer, racks, fax, wi-fi, etc.
This is a space that that will keep re-inventing itself every time you point a camera at it.

Purified Loft
One of Purified's most seductive features is its postcard views of the Brooklyn Bridge, the river, and Manhattan's skyline. The raw loft space features exposed brick walls, heavy timber beams, 13 huge windows, lots of light, and views both up and down the river. It has a completely open shooting kitchen and bathroom, renovated in a classic contemporary style with stainless steel and white subway tile.
Other amenities include: a make-up room, staff toilets, a double-wide loading dock, an 8-foot x 6-foot freight elevator, and (via landlord) gritty industrial areas throughout the rest of building. The freight elevator also serves the phenomenal rooftop.
Clients include: The Source Magazine, Details Magazine, Essence Magazine, American Woman - an HBO movie, and artists The Dey, Neo and Dwele.
