Initials LA is a photo management and production agency based in Antwerp. The agency was founded by Lies Muys and An Pauwels to support photographers with their artistic and commercial careers.

Over the years the company has evolved into an international agency representing top-level photographers in all fields of photography. Besides organising photo productions for editorials, advertising and fashion clients, Initials LA also manages film productions for commercials and music videos.

Services include management, worldwide production in stills and moving images, casting, set co-ordination, location scouting, budgeting and art buying. Initials LA also specialises in talent scouting, searching for photographers and directors for national and international projects.
