Side. Two sides are window only with north-east exposure and
rounded corners, offering plenty of light. Also included in the
space are: stairway, freight elevator, large fire escape, active
fireplace, huge bathroom with bathtub for four people, plants
etc.
The space is flexible and can be rented for dinners, business
presentations or any other event where a beautiful, unique space is
required.
