Jeff Curtes is an action sports lifestyle photographer focusing on bringing core sport knowledge, expertise and sensitivity to a mass broad commercial level through compelling and authentic still images.

For an unprecedented 20 years, Jeff’s snowboarding photos have defined not only a sport, but a subculture. From its infancy to the rebellious youth culture and the titan of industry that it has become, snowboarding wouldn’t be seen the same without his lens. Including images that have been published commercially and editorially worldwide, Jeff’s work across action, lifestyle, and portraiture has always had that iconic element that easily distinguishes itself from the rest.

Today, Jeff’s sport-centric multifaceted skillset is transcending the snowy backcountry to client and personal work at home on quiet back-roads, youth filled sports fields, and environmental locations and studios around the world.

Recent clients include Oakley, Nike, Coca-Cola and Burton Snowboards.

Jeff lives and works in Sydney, Australia and Portland, Oregon.  He is represented by New York City based RXR Sports.
