2015 was an excellent year for Dean Northcott, with the photographer continuing to shoot for a wide variety of advertising clients including Land Rover, RBS, Specsavers, Zebra Scanners, HM Government and Pokerstars.

The year ended on a high with Dean landing another award from the AOP UK for his advertising sports work.

Born in New Zealand, Dean was raised on a diet of sport, barbeques and beach. After several years of world travel in his early 20s, where he developed his sense of aesthetics, he arrived camera in hand in London in the early 90s and went on to study Photography at LCP.

A former semi-pro rugby player, a third Dan black-belt in karate and marathon runner, sport is at the epicentre of Dean's entire life and this is exemplified in the mood and texture of his work.
