After earning her degree in Photocommunications at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, Dina spent several years photographing for award winning photographers Jenn Lindberg and Bill Kennedy.
A desire to be closer to her family brought Dina to the Big Island of Hawaii where she developed her photojournalistic eye and passion for visual storytelling while shooting for the local newspapers.
After moving to Portland in 2007, Dina shifted her focus to editorial and commercial photography focusing on food, lifestyle, portraiture and architecture.
She is a regular contributor to Eater PDX and has amassed a respectable client list which includes American Express, The Wall Street Journal, Nike, and Vogue Japan.
Winner of the James Beard Award for Visual Storytelling.
