  Los Angeles: Kevin Necessary

  A Los Angeles-based photographer and director specialising in automotive, being raised in Lake Tahoe gave Kevin a love for outdoor adventure.

  "Summers spent camping, climbing, fly fishing and winters on the ski team. Both parents were auto racers which brought me to shooting cars at the age of 14. This combination of outdoor sports and racing led me to build my first off road race car. I now have seven Baja 1000s under my belt.

  I like to bring my adventure sports and racing experience to my shoots. Knowing the capabilities of cars and people in their own environment makes capturing natural and spontaneous moments instinctual.

  This year has brought some incredible projects. We spent two weeks throughout Arizona and Utah shooting the new Ford Ranger, directed three spots and print for Toyota 4Runner in the western Sierras, a BMW X1 shoot in Beijing, film and print for Mercedes AMG GLC63 in Joshua Tree, and many more."

  Clients include Ford, Chevrolet, Nissan, Honda, Subaru, Toyota, Lincoln, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Yamaha, Lexus, Infinity, Mazda, Zinoro, Hyundai, Jeep, Audi, Dodge, Volvo, BMW, Mercedes, Acura, Cadillac, GMC, Goodyear, Indy Car series, Jaguar, Kia, Nike and Porsche.
