Born Japanese HIROHISA NAKANO began working as a photographer in 1999 after a few years assisting in London, U.K.

His strong and rich images of fashion and portraits have appeared in numerous international magazines including Vogue Nippon, i-D,Dazed and confused, L’UOMO VOGUE, GQ and many others.

He has good relationship with musicians that has resulted shooting more than a hundred CD covers and working with bands like ART-SCHOOL, Ling Tosite Sigure, B’z, Quruli, The XX, Muse, Phoenix, Foster The People and sigur ros. Also He’s been shooting solo acts like Kazuya Yoshii, Kenshi Yonezu, Eikichi Yazawa, M.I.A, Corinne bailey rae, Jack White and Sam Smith.
