Marion Eckhardt: Hamburg photo agents

Marion Eckhardt Photographers will be at Le Book Connections in Paris this year. The event takes place on the 3rd and 4th of April. The agency looks forward to seeing you all there.

• Olaf Tiedje shot for Coca Cola Atlanta (USA). Agency: ATTIK, Leeds.
• Christoph A. Gramann was in Buenos Aires for Skoda throughout December, shooting many lifestyle pictures for the agency Leagas Delaney, Prague and Hamburg.
• Sven Görlich had an eight day shoot for Coca Cola Germany. Before Christmas he was in New York for Jacobs Kaffee, and was in South Africa working on the new commercial for Schwäbisch Hall. He recently returned from a shoot for Hasseröder.
• Sven Heinrich shot for Campari, a point of sale campaign for Heye & Partner, Munich, in a trendy bar in Hamburg.
• Valéry Kloubert shot business portraits for Randstad. They recently re-booked him for portraits of their managing directors.
• Oliver Sterk did a production with CGI rendering for Trost AutoGo.
• Harry Vorsteher shot for Venti and Woolworth. In the next two months he will be based in South Africa, from where he can also be booked.

Mick Mazzei: Munich beauty photographers

International fashion photographer Mick Mazzei wrapped-up 2007 with a new campaign for the stylish Italian shoe label Grey Mer, along with an editorial for German jewellery magazine Schmuck Magazin. He recently returned from productions in Brazil, where he also features in the March edition of A Magazine.

His client list includes international fashion and beauty labels such as Klipso, X-Stone and Lancome, as well as trendy fashion publications such as New York's LA'G Magazine and London's Head Magazine.

Mick is based between Munich and Sao Paulo, and is represented by Gecko Photographers, Berlin.

Fifth Avenue Photography: Stuttgart advertising photographers

Michael Diehl and Fifth Avenue Photography are based in Esslingen near Stuttgart, where the photographer has his own large, fully equipped modern studio. He also spends several months of the year in Cape Town. He is specialised in fashion, beauty, people and lifestyle photography.

Erik Chmil: Cologne car & transportation photographers

Recent projects from Erik Chmil:

• A shoot for Rubin Postaer (Santa Monica, CA). The photographer will begin another California-based project for client Acura in the coming weeks.
• Cover and inside cover, along with many other images, for BMW Business Report, 2007. Locations: Los Angeles, Paris and Malaga. Agency: Häfelinger & Wagner, Munich.
• Studio-based car shots, observing the correct perspective and light conditions for the photos to be imported into 3D computer-designed environments.

Ulrike Boehm: Munich architecture photographers

"For me, photography means to see the world with more than just my eyes. From many different perspectives I search for the perfect one to create vivid images that convince in their authenticity, concept and professionalism."
For three years, Ulrike Boehm has been working as a freelance photographer in Munich. Last year she founded her own studio specialising in stills, interior and architecture.

Her clients include f.e. Madame, Emotion, FHM Collections, Schattdecor, and Nya Nordiska. She recently travelled to Moscow, Hong Kong and Shanghai, fascinated by the architecture on show in these diverse cities.

Over the past four weeks Sabine has been shooting for a variety of different clients and companies in Miami, and is now working on a new advertising campaign for the Italian kids producer Chicco. More information and images in the next Showcase.

Curve Riders: Hamburg digital capture

CURVE RIDERS provides easy solutions for any type of shoot; turning quick location changes into a piece of cake, efficiency is always the number one goal. The company recently completed projects in Barcelona, Miami and Cape Town.

• Stefanie worked with Holger Pooten for Adidas in Barcelona. While the photographer was stuck 15m above the ground, the art director assessed frame, perspective and picture quality in real-time from ground level.
  
• Christoph enjoyed beaches and burgers in Miami and Islamorada, while working for Adler, Kaufhof and Alba Moda with Keith Schofield and Eamonn McCabe.
  
• Marckus shot with Astrid Grosser for OTTO in South Africa, hustling up and down Cape Town's beaches with their "jump and run" set.

Die Ermittlerinnen: Hamburg people models

The Ermittlerinnen is part of Germany's most successful talent and location agency.

[zerone] /cgi: Hamburg cgi 3d rendering / AI

German agency Grabarz und Partner used New York as the location for its catalogue shots for the new SUV from Volkswagen, the Tiguan. However, the car was still top-secret during production, so cgi technology was used to produce all the location shots.

[zerone] cgi used its office in New York to start the postproduction while shooting, saving time and money for the customer. Emir Haveric did the location and HDRI shooting, and supervised the 3D and 2D postproduction.

[zerone] cgi was also involved with the Tiguan 'Bergbahn' billboard, together with photographer Martijn Oort. The idea was to present the car off-road in the mountains, and again this was achieved using cgi.

Eventraum - TRIBEHOUSE Gastronomie: Dusseldorf other locations

Eventraum owns many locations in the Düsseldorf area. The unique interiors are designed and made by the renowned Heilight Design Team.

Indoors or out, the venues are constantly changing, allowing visitors to dive into exciting new worlds at every occasion. Numerous awards over the past 10 years confirm this.

Photo Triennale: Hamburg photo events

From the 11th to the 20th of April, 2008, Hamburg will be Germany's centre for photography. The event is about concentrating in one place unusual ideas, unlimited imagination, and extreme commitment to photography - in the form of lectures, films, presentations, and more than 80 exhibitions.

Every evening at 9 pm, the series 'Flashlight' will present photo projections. The photographs will be presented by well known collectors, curators and picture editors.

Martin Jürgens, a photo conservator from Hamburg, offers a workshop on the production of calotypes, 'Drawn by the Light: Making Salted Paper Prints', on the 19th and 20th of April, from 9:30 am to 6 pm.
