Welcome to SHOWCASE HAMBURG - brought to you by Production Paradise. Hamburg is home to some of Germany's best production companies, photographers and advertising agencies, so there is always plenty of production work going on in the city.
This Friday, the second "Nacht der Medien" (Night of the Media) Gala dinner will be held for media houses and the Hamburg Press Club. And on 9th March, the LeadAwards Ceremony - one of Germany's most important awards events - will be attended by over 1000 movers and shakers from the publishing and advertising industries.

"Film & Video/Industrial Productions, Public Relations" at "The New York
Festival 2005" in New York on January 27th.
Award winners included the film "Telekom Corporate - The link between us" for Deutsche Telekom AG, Germany, which was shot over 11 days last year in Argentina, Brazil and Spain.

At the end of last year, bigshrimp produced with photographer Diana Scheunemann nine themes for the current West cigarette campaign, as well as various advertising themes for Italian fashion label Guru. A project for Nokia by photographer Alexandra Klever, has also just been completed in Hamburg.
bigshrimp has already worked with Claudia Schiffer, Rankin and other famous personalities but also has initiated “just” a baby-casting for a packaging theme.

Gabo were very pleased to have Caroline Rocher - Munich State Ballet's dancer and Boris Becker's girlfriend - in front of the camera, and on the cover of Playboy magazine.
Gabo have recently worked for a Dresdner Bank campaign and with Peter Maffay for a new image for PETA against animal testing.
At a recent charity auction, Jette Joop bought a photo session with Gabo in Mallorca. The 14000€ money paid is to be used by powerchild to help abused children.Read more

Even German TV stars sometimes dream of Hollywood.
Frank Wartenberg did a huge photo shoot for TV Digital. He asked seven actresses from long-running TV soap Lindenstrasse to be photographed as the character of their dreams. He and his team built a copy of St Petersburg's Winter Palace to create a suitable surrounding for Marie-Louise Marjan - who plays Mrs Beimer in the TV show - to be Catherine the Great. Other settings included a Parisian boudoir for Moulin Rouge, a palace for Cleopatra and a villa for Marlene Dietrich.
On the streets of Miami Beach, Frank did a night shoot for the young fashion label New Yorker. The police officer who was there to protect the team ended up lending his police car as a prop for the models.
