Lucia Giacani immortalises women in every aspect - their feelings, aspirations, normality are captured through a lens by a feminine eye capable of communicating the essence of an entire universe; a woman who is mirrored in another woman. Her photographic eye, with its revolutionary feminine nature, is the silent motivation that is captured in every shutter release and illuminates every flash.

Lucia lives in Milan and has over ten years of experience. Born in Jesi, Italy in 1976 she has lived in Rome where she graduated from the Advanced Institute for the Artistic Industries and where later she undertook intense photographic activity that has won numerous prizes and acknowledgments.

Currently working from her studio in Milan, she collaborates with titles and brands including Vogue Italia, Vogue Gioiello, Vogue Accessory, Vogue Russia, Vanity Fair, Glamour, Vs, Tatler HK, No.ise, Twill, Harrods Magazine, Frau Shoes (It), L'Oréal (Fr), Rosato Jewellery (It), Oxette Jewellery (Gr), Geox (it), Ziio (It), Mario Cerutti (It), Splash (UAE), G-sel (It), Freebird (Cn), Grandi Furs (It), MIFUR Fair (It), Harrods (En), Wolford (It), Gallo (it) and Cavallini (It).

Her fine art photographic works have been exhibited in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Fukuoka (Japan), the Festival of Photography in Lecco, the Museum of Rome in Trastevere, the Brancaleone Gallery in Rome, the Museum of Sannio in Benevento, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Castel di Lama, and Cannes photographic fashion festival (France).
