The London Street Photography Festival London showcase_title_categories

The London Street Photography Festival is an exciting new event in London’s cultural calendar which will champion the best contemporary street photographers, honour past masters and provide a space for discussion, debate and appreciation of the current relevance of this time-honoured genre.

The festival takes place throughout July with a diverse programme of exhibitions, events, talks, walks and workshops. The London Street Photography Festival is proud to host the first UK exhibition of the most talked about photography phenomenon in recent months - Vivian Maier - while 'On Street Photography: A Woman's Perspective' will showcase the work of five female photographers who use the public domain as their inspiration. Check the website for other activities and exhibitions.

Street photographers from around the world are invited to enter the first Street Photography Awards, which included a Student Award (open to UK-based students) and an International Award (open to photographers from all over the world). Selected entries from the Awards will be exhibited during the festival.
