Lorentz Gullachsen London photographers

Working with European and US corporations, healthcare and the third sector, Lorentz Gullachsen has recently been busy producing image banks for a range of charities.

"Photographing real people, often with life threatening conditions, is a great privilege," he says. "The subject’s wish to support the charity that has helped them often takes great commitment. They do this to help others, but are often in very poor health themselves.

"To photograph these brave people and the researchers working to eradicate their diseases is a very humbling process. Photography can change lives, but those who bravely volunteer to be subjects are the real heroes."
