Based in London from his studio near Old Street, James Murphy has been busy working on a variety of advertising and editorial projects. It has also seen him travel throughout the UK and Europe for exciting editorial commissions.

The work featured in this Spotlight, is from James’s recent collaboration with the talented chef Josh Katz for his cookbook - Berber & Q, published by Ebury Books. James and Josh had great fun capturing the wonderful alchemy of open fire cooking and middle eastern flavours which Josh’s recipes encapsulate and celebrate.
