In the darkest days of Lockdown 1, this charity project with Age Unlimited was a ray of sunshine for James, Lucia, his assistant; and Jan Smith, food stylist extraordinaire. Recipes From Le Rouzet are inspired by author Cathy Gayner’s memories of long summer lunches in France with her family with fresh ingredients, laden tables and dappled sunlight.
