Los Angeles: Glen Wexler

Glen Wexler is a photographer and director whose work spans eloquently minimalist landscapes and portraits to elaborately staged productions of improbable situations. Renowned as a “digital pioneer,” Glen brings an analogue sensibility into the digital age.

The music industry discovered Glen when he was a student, and he created hundreds of album covers before turning 30, working with artists ranging from Michael Jackson to Van Halen.

Legendary ad man Ed McCabe brought Glen into the world of advertising for the reboot of the iconic Maxell campaign in the early 90s. He has since worked on countless award-winning campaigns for international brands such as Acura, Adobe, Allstate, Capital One, Epson, Electronic Arts, Jeep, Pepsi, Samsung and Sony.

Recent projects include the 2017 global strategy for Nokia’s OZO VR camera and 360º spatial audio. The multi-faceted assignment included staging a concert, shooting lifestyle and product, and depicting a VR production at the landmark Goldstein residence designed by John Lautner.

Based in Los Angeles and with a world-class production team, Glen seamlessly integrates film direction with print assignments, offering creative solutions and visual continuity across multiple platforms.

Glen has been profiled in Communication Arts, Creativity, French PHOTO, Zoom and many other leading publications.
