Since 1978, Jo Francis has pursued his work in his studio in Hamburg, professionally photographing for international renowned clients in the food industry. As a result of his particularly sensitive view and pursuit of perfection, he is ranked among the best German food photographers.

With lots of passion for food, he designs and captures delicious creations, seen in commercials and on front pages of international magazines and cook books, working also with top chefs such as Bocuse and Lenôtre.

Jo Francis always strives for perfection by providing ordinary objects with high sensibility in order to capture them with a new exceptional perception.
