Germany-based photographer Stefan Schuetz is specialised in people, sports and advertising photography. He works internationally for clients including Adidas, Audi, BMW, Beiersdorf, and many more.

The photos featured in this Spotlight are from the book 'Views of Africa', nominated for the German photo book prize. Travelling over 60,000km, Stefan spent nine months driving his Landcruiser through 21 countries. The resulting photos are simple yet intense, full of dignity and beauty that clearly shows a respectful camera distance despite the closeness of the shot.
