Welcome to the debut issue of Showcase Dallas, brought to you by Production Paradise. We present the very best of the local visual media industry, with more information available in our Dallas Photo and Film directories.

The Dallas/Fort Worth region offers a huge range of diverse locations, providing cost effectiveness and convenience in a highly concentrated area. Dallas, with its ultramodern skyline and eclectic, hip and high couture image is juxtaposed against the older "bricks and mortar" look of downtown Fort Worth.

With large, highly skilled crews and deep talent pools, award-winning companies in emerging technologies, and state-of-the-art equipment, labs, sound stages and rental studios, there has never been a better time to explore the production possibilities Dallas has to offer.

Our cover image was shot by Maxine Helfman.
