As an account handler and marketer you will be responsible for supporting more senior members of the team as well as relishing the challenges of managing campaigns for a variety of accounts and thrive on client contact at all levels.
This role reports directly to the Account Director/s and offers the scope of the several high profile clients. You'll be used to working with clients at a strategic level and operational level. You'll have the full backing and support of the entire agency to satisfy the needs of their great clients. You should be able to exhibit real achievement in the following areas:
* Creating communications that deliver results
* Creating and managing the marketing programs - including marketing planning & strategy, market messaging and programme creation and execution
* Extensive online experience with websites and email campaigns
* Client liaison, relationship building and reporting
* Managing work through the creative development process
* Controlling costs and maximising agency income
* Reporting into & giving agency management full visibility of accounts
Desired Skills & Experience
ABOUT YOU: positive, confident, experienced, ambitious, thoughtful, inspiring, pragmatic, tenacious, compelling, possibly slightly unhinged yet still curiously reassuring (Got to meet a person who can meet all of those!) Brand literate and with a strong marketing and online understanding, you'll need to be a most persuasive salesperson and an excellent project manager. Your experience may be varied and may take in DM, Design, Online or maybe advertising. You're looking for an environment which will encourage and reward you to deliver your best. This could be your second job role or you may want to switch from the client side.
