Art Director, Off-Air Marketing at Fox Networks Group - Fox Sports

The Art Director (AD) leads and oversees off-air projects from conception to delivery for the Fox Sports Marketing group. The AD will be responsible for designing and producing off-air projects which include print, digital, internet, photo shoots and also developing original concepts and pitches for off-air promo campaigns. Works with in-house and out-of-house designers/retouchers to develop pitch frames. This role is based on the Fox Studios Lot in Los Angeles, CA.


Originate ideas and concepts, develop pitches, hands on with all aspects of off air and campaign creation including design, visual effects, and graphic applications for original campaigns and promos
Develops relationships with outside vendors and agencies and directs the work of in-house and out-of-house designers and retouchers
Catalog of appropriate collaborators for us to approach with new work
Research the latest designs and stylized print creative to keep our campaigns fresh and in the forefront of the ad world


Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, communication and/or related field
7 years of experience within entertainment field as a Creative Director, Print Advertising Director, Graphic Designer, etc.
Experience working with or at an advertising agency or network off-air promotions department is a plus
Strong verbal, written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as good interpersonal skills are required;
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, leadership skills are a must
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop as well Keynote. Knowledge of After Effects, Cinema 4D and Flash are essential
Innovative, creative thinker with excellent problem solving skills; ability to visualize, create and deliver
Ability to articulate ideas clearly. Some Copywriting required.
