Assistant Photo Agent

Within the assignment division, the assistant will learn all of the facets of the business & marketing aspects of the photography industry. They will also help edit portfolios, update the website and social media outlets, field new talent, schedule and attend portfolio meetings, solicit new clients, and work with photo editors, art buyers, producers, etc. The assistant will also have the opportunity to learn the logistics of high-end advertising photography shoots, such as estimating, invoicing and negotiating with clients.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for a diligent, organized and detail-oriented graduate of photography or marketing, who is looking for experience within the commercial side of the photography industry. Ideal skills include: working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Acrobat, Filemaker Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite. Previous agency experience encouraged, but not required.
