put the wonder in websites, has a love of apps, a passion for UX (and gets off on gifs). You’re going to lead and mentor a team of 7, within an organisation of over 30, working across a broad and varied range of projects. You will answer only to Hybrid’s Creative Director (Partner) and Managing Director (Partner). You will have to be able to write (a bit), and when you speak – clients listen. In fact, the entire industry will listen – we also want a thought leader. So, that’s all from the heart – here it is from the head."

You must have:

10+ years experience – with a Graphic Design background
Proficient in the full Adobe Creative suite
Keen understanding and interpretation of an end-to-end brief
End-to-end ideas, ideas, ideas
Superior verbal communication – including client-facing
Reasonable writing skills
An excellent understanding of digital platforms, emerging
media and UI / UX design
Understanding of print production and process, press requirements, specs and finished art and/or brief finished artists
A fastidious eye for detail and quality control
The ability to lead a new business pitch with senior/partner level support
Existing experience in running a design/creative team

It would be good to have:
Skills around photography, video, editing, animation, illustration
Graphic design award recognition
Public speaking experience
