eSalon are looking for a dynamic, creative thinker with a background in branding, digital and print design to take the brand to the next level. The Creative Director will play a crucial role in defining the eSalon brand, and should be able to conceptualize innovative campaigns as well as execute on the ground-level to fuel their fast-growing business.

8+ years of design experience preferred; minimum 2 years management experience.
Experience designing and executing direct response campaigns.
Well versed in various forms of media and expertise in leveraging available resources and marketing dollars on a limited budget.
Superior graphic design and typography skills and photoshoot experience.
Excellent time & project management, communications, decision making, presentation, problem solving and organizational skills.
Proficient Mac and/or PC skills, with exceptional knowledge/experience in Microsoft Office.
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills - Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop.
Knowledge of offset and digital print techniques.
Proven people management and leadership skills.
Ability to balance multiple priorities, solve complex problems while maintaining flexibility in fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, highly motivated self-starter.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience.

Drive creative strategy to support sales, marketing and branding goals.
Collaborate with marketing to set the brand voice and tone; set brand guidelines for all online/offline mediums.
Deliver creative solutions that communicate clearly and stand out in the online arena.
Stay current with competitive landscape, emerging trends and site metrics to inform work.
Drive innovation in all aspects of job: creative execution, user experience, packaging design.
Develop creative for online and offline advertising, photography and ownership of lifestyle and product images.
Define visual direction for all marketing projects including: branded promotions, direct mail, product packaging & labeling, PR lookbooks, online/offline advertising.
Conceptualize and execute all creative for .com daily assets, which include home pages, emails, banners, etc.
Ensure that the integrity of the brand is present in all facets of the digital experience while supporting e-commerce business goals.

Compensation and Benefits:
According to qualifications. All full-time employees are eligible for a company subsidized health insurance plan and 15 days of personal time off per year.
