Conceptualize & execute creative designs & concepts, and develop creative layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative development & adaptation
Design and Develop new Packaging ideas for all product categories as well as new product launches
Idea/Concept Generation - Enhancement of Existing Packaging by recommending different options
Illustrate ideas using hand-drawn sketches or design software to create digital drafts, taking consistent feedback and suggestions from the buyers
Ensure adaptation of creative in stores
Ensure branding requirements are maintained and utilized appropriately to ensure consistency and brand integrity
Working on planograms
Vendor Management
Interaction with the suppliers and printers on the quality of the packaging and colours coordination, the same time understanding their strengths and limitations
Ensure accurate communication with the vendors and regular follow ups for on time sample approvals leading to on time deliveries
Requirements
Experience: 2-6 years of experience in Graphic Designing
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (Visual Communication)
