A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Graphic Designer to move into this in-house role to drive innovative creative for a global property brand. Working in a fast paced environment, in a supportive team, there is a real opportunity to shape Savills Australian and New Zealand creative direction within the well-established global brand. Working with the corporate marketing team to bring together the right mix of in-house and external creative specialists, you will play a key role in producing creative material to support marketing and communication strategic initiatives to drive recognition, exposure and brand integrity. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and possess a fantastic positive attitude, keen eye for detail, efficient working style, and an ability to tread the line between creativity and corporate.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Designing brand collateral for print, press and digital media
Developing creative concepts to support strategic initiatives to drive awareness of business service lines and brand profile
Creation of keystone corporate design templates and guidelines for use by other internal teams’ design resources
Utilisation of corporate material to execute infographics, digital graphics and owned platform communication creative
Management and liaising with external creative resources and suppliers

Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate:
High Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and Acrobat)
Strong creative, conceptual and information design skills to deliver innovative, on-brand creative
Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently, and to deadlines
Agency or corporate design background would be favourable
Ability to work to deadlines with efficiency and an eye for detail
At least 4 years of design experience
A Diploma or degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent)
Ability to work in a PC environment (preferred)
HTML email experience is not necessary but will be highly regarded
Experience working with real estate or professional services brands is not necessary but will be highly regarded
