Universal Studios is looking for a person who will be responsible for establishing and managing E-Commerce Fraud/Risk factors, and relationships between the LP IV team, Finance and IT Department Business Leaders and staff to help guide and influence the strategic positioning of Technology to ensure alignment with business and risk priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

# Manage all LP E-Commerce systems and staff. Develop, implement and manage technology to enable and support UO business objectives while combating fraud from all Internet transactions as well as ongoing IV activities.
# Steer the relationship between the IV/LP, Finance and IT Teams toward trust and credible partnerships. Become a thought partner with Finance and IT - Lead the overall mitigation of risk or loss through establishment of risk rules and trend analysis of fraudulent orders and chargebacks.
# Establish partnership excellence via complete integration with Finance and IV/LP so that IV/LP is considered part of the Finance business team.
# Create a greater level of technology efficiency and increase technology awareness by providing extended technology education and training, as the key liaison to the lines of business throughout all UO revenue operating areas.
# Drive the desired business value-added results by aligning all technology investments with appropriate priorities based upon a strategic plan.
# Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
# Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

# Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in Business, Computer Science or Finance. Possession or ability to obtain professional certification; CFE, CPP or relevant IT security credentials is desired.
# 3-5 Years experience preferred pertaining to technology implementations and the demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, build relationships and foster team work across various departments and work units is required.
