We are searching for a media planner/buyer who will serve as a liaison between internal strategy teams, external clients and media vendors. This versatile person will focus on the execution of digital media strategies across a variety of channels.


Partner with media vendors to keep projects on time, on budget and on task
Conduct QA of media initiatives including technical aspects (pixels, reporting and tracking) and creative aspects (ad copy and creative)
Assist media lead in performance reporting
Assist media lead in troubleshooting campaign issues mid-stream
Keep internal and external stakeholders up to date on task status


Understanding of display advertising and paid search, ideally with exposure to programmatic buying
Experience executing large-scale, multitactic media campaigns
Familiarity with major digital media vendors
Comfort in a demanding, fast-paced environment
2+ years’ experience working in online advertising operations or related field
Strong familiarity with third-party ad servers, such as DoubleClick, Atlas, OpenX, etc. (we use DFA, so direct DFA experience is preferred)
Ability to create ad tags and floodlight tags and implement media vendor pixels
Basic familiarity with general web technologies used by ad codes (HTML, JavaScript, Flash, etc.) or a strong willingness to understand them
Excellent MS Excel skills and knowledge of other MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint)
Extreme attention to detail and dependability
Strong analytics, problem-solving and decision-making skills
