ManaMedia are a photographic & film production company with offices in UK, EU & US.

We are looking for a talented Office Coordinator for our W10 office.
We require a ‘go-to-person’ who’s key role would be to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office,
demonstrating good organization and high-level admin skills.

An in depth knowledge of EXCEL and Word are a must - as you will deal with weekly & monthly invoice &
expenses reconciliations between the UK & our EU HQ. Day-to-day duties will include everything from ordering stationary to installing new administration systems.

You must be London ‘savvy’, and will also be required to act as support (right arm) to our Production Team. Duties will include, job wraps (accurately pulling together all invoices & expenses for jobs), booking couriers,
travel & accommodation and reliable production research.

We need someone that is happy and capable to jump from task to task and will tackle the challenging moments that a Production company can bring. Above all, we are looking to find someone who is extremely reliable, conscientious, well organized, calm, friendly and fun. A cool person that can grow with us!

• Must confidently demonstrate expertise in Excel & Word
• Work well & accurately with figures & spreadsheets
• Fluent spoken & written English
• Additional languages skills are a plus
• A full clean driving license is a plus
