The Times News has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, talented and self-driven photojournalist to join their team.

The ideal candidate has a passion for visual storytelling, is a strong sports shooter and has the ability to work with people from all walks of life.

Freedom to do major projects has become a staple of the Times-News photo department. Want to do a monthly photo essay for the Sunday centerpiece? Do it. How about a multi-media sports package on the College of Southern Idaho’s basketball teams going to their national tournaments half-way across the country? Go for it. The point is they believe in giving their photographers the time and resources they need to develop short and long-term projects.
