About the Position

As the Production Coordinator you are the glue that keeps all of our creative teams together. You ensure that the flow of the production keeps moving forward by managing and tracking artwork and artist output as it pertains to the schedule and project completion.


Be the point person for all script drafts coming from the Writer(s)
Monitor the script schedule and ensure the Production Manager is aware of any missed deadlines
Break down script and create design and modelling asset list
Coordinate WIP meetings and be the point of contact and tracker for WIP notes on design and modelling assets
Work with Art Director and Modelling Supervisor to determine how work orders should be distributed and scheduled
Follow the progress of design and modelling asset schedule to ensure assets are completed on time
Readily modify, respond to and integrate changes as requested by the Production Manager
Facilitate open communications where ideas are encouraged and timely and high quality information flows smoothly
Organize and motivate production team to accomplish tasks according to the defined timelines
Work closely with the team to create balanced solutions to any related technical issues
Participate in production meetings and adjust/refine tasks as indicated by the production manager
Be aware of what is happening on the team at all times and identify obstacles to the Production Manager


Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner
Ability to proactively anticipate the needs of production
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Great attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Encourage feedback and new initiatives
Knowledge of Shotgun is an asset
