The Opportunity to get IN!

We are currently hiring a Production Coordinator with Italian language skills to join our team in Barcelona or Milan as an Intern for 6 - 12 months.The Production Coordinator will be assisting with all aspects of coordinating projects through our extremely busy account management, project management, and design departments. We are looking for someone who can own production timelines and work hard to keep tough deadlines while maintaining our high quality control standards.

Responsibilities Include:

Working collaboratively with designers, project managers, and account managers to guarantee projects meet all deadlines.
Managing multiple creative design and print production projects simultaneously.
Prioritizing workflow and maintaining projects scheduling and budgets from conception through completion.
Maintaining organization within several projects at one time.
Consistently excelling ensuring the coordination of jobs with regard to agencies and suppliers to drive down costs and deliver process efficiencies for the client to continually improve margin and profitability on all jobs.
Consistently exceeding client expectations and provide superior customer service.
Requirements to be considered for the role:

Studying towards or having completed a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline like Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Studies or Marketing Communications, etc.
Some work experience working in a similar function in an administration or coordination role in an intern capacity would be highly appreciated.
Strong administrative and organisational skills including proven experience in a hands-on approach to the delivery of all aspects of the account management process.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly proficient with MS Office software.
A confident and positive character with excellent communication skills and a professional manner suited to a client facing position.
An ability to work in a deadline driven and pressured working environment.
An ability to demonstrate initiative, self-reliance and sound decision making.
Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed.
Fluent in Italian, English and ideally Spanish.
