Programmer Analyst – Kronos Workforce for Universal Studios

The Programmer Analyst will be a member of the Admin Delivery Services team. This person will be part of a team responsible for supporting the Kronos Workforce Management application. This is a 24x7 mission critical application. They will also provide backup support to other applications. This team supports several applications including PeopleSoft, Invotech Wardrobe, Remedy, and other custom applications.

Successful candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications:

# Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
# At least 3-5 years development experience providing maintenance and configuration on Kronos Workforce Central v6.0 or higher, preferably in large organizations.
# Experience with large scale SQL relational database and data query.
# Experience with report writing – SSRS or Crystal Reports.
# Proven initiative to learn new modules and/or applications.
# Experience with Workforce analytics.
# Working knowledge of ISS and Windows 2008 server.
# Experience with upgrading/installing/configuring complex system.
# Experience with supporting 24x7 application and on-call rotations.
# Proven ability to follow a defined PMO process, including design, document, test and deliver on time.
# Solid communication skills.
# team player.
# Ability to prioritize and work independently.
# Time & Attendance/HRIS/Payroll experience helpful.
