The “Review Coordinator - Photos” position calls for an experienced, creative, self-motivated leader. A key component of this role is to coordinate large-scale quality evaluation of photos. This role is responsible for enforcing content quality standards, consistency, reviewer support and issue resolution.
+ Responsible for ensuring marketplace integrity and consistency for image and supporting metadata quality evaluation.
+ Drive the efficient resolution of images escalated by reviewers.
+ Coordinate and liaise with reviewers on a frequent and ongoing basis; providing guidance on priorities, best practices and quality issue resolution support.
+ Coordinate review and quality evaluation processes to meet content requirements, achieve production goals and meet time-sensitive content management objectives.
+ Assist with the development of production metrics for content review and quality; establish and align reviewers against throughput expectations.
+ Continually improve review quality and consistency though reviewer auditing, review trend analysis and sustaining a continual learning feedback loop.
+ Assist with reviewer recruiting, training and education; participate in the design and implementation of review standards and style guides, online training materials and modules to bring about expedited reviewer onboarding and review consistency.
+ Provide excellent customer service; assist Contributor Success & Compliance teams to swiftly resolve contributor issues and inquiries.
+ Hands-On Approach: You should be sharp, love rolling up your sleeves, getting your hands dirty, and working alongside the team.
+ Proven experience with process measurement and optimization, and managing multiple (and competing) priorities and deadlines.
+ Experience building and working with external teams in multiple locations.
+ Domain expertise, passionate enthusiasm, and a high degree of technical knowledge for photography with 2+ years of professional photography experience.
+ Excellent communicator, decisive, results-driven, people-oriented person with patient training skills along with the ability to motivate teams and resolve time-critical issues.
+ Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and graphs.
+ Good data analysis and comprehension skills. Ability to capture and graph key production data, demonstrates trends, and present key findings and next actions.
+ Strong command of English; ability to read/write and participate in business operations.
+ Knowledge of stock images industry and licensing terms.
+ Software: Photoshop, Google Applications

+ Familiarity with trademark and copyright law.
+ Experience working with remote teams and individuals.
+ Multiple languages.
