"The in-house agency is a full service integrated creative agency, responsible for the activation of strategically led creative concepts, editorial content and innovative digital solutions to support marketing and communications for PVH brands across Europe and International markets. As creative guardians, we’re responsible for elevating and reflecting core brand values across every touch-point, adopting and maintaining an Omni-channel approach to everything we do. Variety is key with everything from concepting and producing fully integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, in-store marketing (collateral, graphics etc.), sales tools, brochures, invitations, guerilla activities, corporate communications… and beyond. Digital marketing and e-commerce are an integral part of our daily work; this includes online retail, editorial-style content, brand experiences, media and advertising, email marketing, CRM and social media platforms, along with bringing immersive, digital experiences to life in ‘bricks and mortar’ retail and showroom environments, embracing pioneering and innovative initiatives. Position Description

As a member of the Agency team, the Studio Designer is responsible for maintaining and adapting the seasonal look through all assigned projects, contributing to a cohesive visual message across all communications. Based on concepts or visual direction, you’ll be supporting the leading creative and collaborative team to develop, execute and deliver online content, print and design work. You understand how technology works, and even better how it should look. With an articulate understanding of fundamentals like typography, interactive design and usability, you can improve work on both an aesthetic and functional level. You’ll be reviewing your work with the creative team independently and deliver work on time. Versatility and flexibility along with good personal organization skills will be essential for you to manage work through the approval process. Quality is key. You’re responsible for checking the accuracy of your work, and partnering with external agencies and production companies to make sure all assets and deliverables meet technical specifications and requirements. You’ll also be fundamental in contributing to the development of ‘best practice’ processes for their Agency team. Fitting within a wider, integrated creative team, the role relies on a confident, energetic and experienced Studio Designer, with the capability to collaborate with and motivate others. 
 There may be opportunity to work across other PVH brands

Position Requirements

You’re a responsible team player!
You have a detailed eye with exceptional typography skills and creative flair to proactively offer innovative (but workable) design solutions. You’ll combine your creativity with technical competency, accuracy and a faultless attention to detail.
You’re expected to work responsibly and be good at juggling priorities and managing your time to get things done quickly and effectively.
Needless to say, you’ll have hands-on design skills and expert competency with ALL Adobe Creative programs…. and a willingness to learn new programs and systems too.
You’ll also need solid experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic, creative or design studio, preferably working on fashion clients
But every bit as important will be the personal qualities you bring to the role: confidence, motivation, credibility, communication, collaboration and a willingness to bring the very best to the team.
