Video Production/Graphics Coordinator

Job Purpose at Mainstreet: Providing video production and graphics assistant for the Communications department. Leading in all audio/video production initiatives including storyboard creation, production, editing, graphics and marketing.

Video Production/Graphics Coordinator:

• Work with staff to plan to coordinate timeline and staffing needs for all video content needs (ie: Livestreaming events, Promotional videos, interviews)
• Produce video content (spotlights, interviews, live streaming, webcasting, etc.)
• Assist in the creation of the video storyboard
• Produce audio and video components for videos
• Editing and post-production on all videos
• Establish and effectively manage project deliverables and deadlines
• Coordination and production of Polycom/video-conferenced classes and events
• Conduct quality review of all information provided for video production
• Properly store and catalog all video and audio components
• Manages all audio/video production equipment
• Create graphics on an as needed bases for website
• Assist with design of marketing piece
• Perform other duties as assigned


• 2 – 5 years of experience
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Communications degree specializing in radio/tv.
• Webcasting and video casting experience
• Graphic Design experience
• Polycom videoconferencing knowledge and administration is a plus.
• Office environment experience
• Project management skills
• Direct experience producing video segments
• Video editing
• Production company experience a plus
