What can you expect from being on the design team of the company?
The design team is highly integrated in the process. From day one, designers attend project kick-off meetings and are instrumental in developing the user experience. They are actually expected to interact and engage with clients to sell their designs and shape the feedback.
The goal of the company is to constantly innovate. Many of the projects involve creating new types of user interactions for things that haven't quite been done before. This means moving into responsive and mobile design.
The designs are intended to help elevate the clients brands and be highly engaging -- while at the same time providing the best possible user experience. Both great design and great usability should happilily co-exist.
