About

  • German born Elena Zaucke, 1987, developed a passion for photography from a very early age. She has always been fascinated by people, especially their journeys, and posses the unique ability to capture their essence in the most authentic and beautiful way.   Since 2011 Elena works as a freelance photographer specialized in portrait photography. She frequently travels across Europe and the United States where she photographs actors and artists of exceptional talent. These include Elit Iscan (Mustang), Ulrich Tukur (Life of others), Sebastian Koch (Die Hard, Never Look away).     Elena’s work has been published in print and online publications in many places- from Los Angeles (Flaunt Magazine) to Zurich (NZZ).    Elena currently lives in Hamburg with her dog Lychee.
