Tobias Meier (professionally known as 2b+photo) specializes in storytelling photography for fashion, beauty, and advertising. His works, easily piquing the viewer’s interest, often reference and play with a surrealist and pop-art feel. Noted for its vibrant saturated colour, precise composition and elaborately styled set design, Tobias sets out to create beautiful eye candy with a goal of flooding the viewer’s eyes with a sea of interesting details.

His photographic work has acquired numerous awards and accolades which include being shortlisted for the Felix Schoeller Photo Award, Nobuyoshi Araki Award, London International Creative Completion (LICC), Prix de la Photographie Paris (PX3), International Photography Awards (IPA) and American Photographic Artist (APA). His work has been showcased in international exhibitions in New York, Berlin and Paris amongst others. His work is part of the permanent contemporary collection at the Museum of Avant-Garde and represented on Artsy.

Aside from photography he does creative direction, retouch and set design and builds (onset and digital). He has a background in VFX and has worked closely with directors and writers.
