Mandy Toh is a Dubai-based food photographer and food stylist rolled into one. She is passionate about creating beautiful and engaging images and is highly versatile in her range of styles - be it creating natural, relaxed editorial images or pop-art food images, she is able to deliver them all. 

Her intuitive use of light gives depth and life to her images. Working as a food photographer and stylist allows her to be creative, precise and fast at the same time.

Clients include local and regional F&B establishments and agencies such as TGIF, PF Chang’s, Cleo, Noodle House, Palace Downtown, La Ville Hotel and Suites and Ogilvy.

Katarina Premfors is Swedish born but grew up Pakistan, Turkey, and the USA. Since 1992 she has worked as a commercial photographer and photojournalist in the UAE and the Middle East.

Her main commercial focus has been in branding and those projects where she can get involved from an early stage to develop the brief with the client, creatives and the agency.

Katarina’s clients include global advertising and branding agencies, major corporations and the governments of the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Jordan, Yemen and Afghanistan.

She shoots editorial work for The New York Times, Fast Company, The Guardian, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Greenpeace and others. She also regularly exhibits her personal work, mentors and conducts workshops. She is a FUJIFILM X Ambassador.

NM Productions is a full service production company with core teams in London, LA and Dubai as well as a network of producers around the world.

Mandy Toh is a food and interior photographer based in Dubai, UAE. Born and brought up in Singapore, her interest in photography started when she picked up a camera and discovered her interest and natural talent in photography. She spent years perfecting her craft in both natural and artificial lighting.

Driven by her passion for food styling and photography, she is able to create story-telling images that capture the essence of the dishes in front of her lens. Whether shooting for commercial or editorial projects, she is able to bring subjects to life.

Mandy works with local and overseas agencies, interior designers and architects. Her client list includes Memac Ogilvy, PF Changs, ATOM Dubai, Grand Millennium, La Ville Hotel & Suites and more. Her recent work includes shoots for L’Occitane Café and The Palace Downtown, photographing food for the various restaurants in the hotel.

Mandy Toh is a commercial photographer who loves photographing food and interiors. Originally from Singapore, she moved to Dubai in 2004.

Over the course of her career, Mandy has worked with some of the top restaurants, brands and advertising and PR agencies. Her food photography clients include international brands like TGIF, PF Chang’s and Ogilvy.

As well as food photography, Mandy is also an avid interior photographer. She has shot for Dubai real estate developers like Emaar, high-end retail shops and overseas design house like Atelier Du Pont, based in Paris.
