Per is based in Los Angeles and Dejan in Sweden, and for all things post processing they are also a 24/7 operation maximizing the use of the different time zones.

The work on display in this Spotlight is the Polestar 5 to be launched in 2024; the dynamic EV roadster for the future. Next up is the Hyundai Kona shot for Innocean USA with a typical Dejan&Per lifestyle approach.

The Mercedes-Benz EQE is a personal project where inspiration draws from fashion editorials and a cinematic way of capturing the moment.

Last but not least, the BST 230 edition was captured for Polestar Cars on Ascari, in Spain. No strangers to race track action, Dejan+ Per have a lot of experience with both real high and virtual rig motion shots.

Well, in this case Per has a long career in commercial lifestyle and fashion, where Dejan is an expert at retouching and a ”sheet metal fanatic”. As they joined forces, magic was bound to happen. After all, they were both car geeks.

Sweden: Marcel Pabst

Marcel Pabst's life long love of photography was born at a very early age when he discovered his mother's Practica. It was, however, a truck accident while he worked in a warehouse that made him turn his passion into a career. The encounter left him 10 mm shorter and he decided to put better use of his remainings and enrolled at a school of photography. He went on to work as a photographer's assistant in Copenhagen and started up his own business in Gothenburg 1996.

When this Swiss-born family man isn't working on his house in the woods of Hindås, he enthusiastically shoots pictures for clients such as Ericsson, Volvo Cars, Volvo Trucks, Volvo Construction Equipment, Carlsberg, Dometic, Arla, Smarteyes, Husqvarna, Thule, Hasselblad and many others who require images that speak out loud.

Gothenburg: Jonatan Fernstrom

Jonatan Fernström specialises in lifestyle and fashion photography. With over 15 years of experience in the commercial business, he is a reliable partner, technically skilled and fun to work with.

Jonatan works out of Gothenburg but has clients all over Europe. After studies in Scotland, he worked as an assistant photographer for a few years before obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Photography at the University of Gothenburg.
