"Work hard and enjoy the moments, This is a motto I have instilled into my shoots since I began. Keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable but with the purpose of a final goal to be achieved.

2013 was a year of growth for me as a photographer. Helping develop campaigns from grass level up, by accepting more responsibilities including art direction and producing along with video editing and filming. Basically giving my all from pre-production to post-production.

It was a wonderful year with great clients, who have repeatedly booked me over consecutive years as well as new clients seeking my skills. Highlights included Avon, shooting their Spa beauty brand campaigns as well as 10 short commercials over a period of 10 days. Shot in Cape Town and Tenerife. Triumph lingerie, 'THE SEDUCTION' campaign shot in Cape Town with the lovely Jenna Peterson.

One of my absolute favourites was the Nik Huber Guitars shoot, with Ogilvy Frankfurt. Much thanks goes out to Ogilvy for the job but for also putting the faith in me to organiqe the shoot in their absence."

Sina Goertz is an international fashion and lifestyle photographer based in Hamburg and Cape Town.

Growing up on both sides of the world - Munich, Germany and Sydney, Australia - she was infected by the travel bug at an early age. Sina studied Visual Communications in Hamburg and was assistant and studio manager for one of Germany’s most successful advertising photographers. Since 2009, she has been successfully working as a freelance photographer, with her images published in popular magazines and numerous collaborations with leading creatives in the advertising industry.

She now has her own studio in Hamburg and spends the seasons travelling between Europe and South Africa.

JD Williams and photographer, Kevin Peschke, shot at Cape Town’s trendiest modern house, Pentagon, which comes with breath-taking panoramic sea views and is located in Clifton. Models Remco van der Linden and Ian Lawless were both flown in for the shoot, and local hunk, Mias van Der Westhuyzen, was also seen sporting outfits for both in-house brands High and Mighty and Williams and Brown. The shoot plan also included locations such as Kommetjie walkways, Noordhoek Beach, Fisantekraal Airfield, Fish Hoek Beach and Cape Town railways.
