The Association of Professional Photographers of Spain - AFP (formed in 1984 as Association of Advertising and Fashion Professional Photographers of Catalonia) groups professional photographers (advertising, fashion, editorial, industrial, etc.), protecting their rights and promoting their photography.
The AFP has amongst its objectives to represent the professional interests of the professional photographers, promote and defend their rights, promote to its associates, and improve any aspect related to the professional photographers.
The AFP provides informative services and organizes the LUX Awards (National Award of Professional Photography), workshops and expositions.
