Filippo Fortis, born in Milan, began as an architecture photographer during university at the beginning of the 90s. Later on he co-founded Gorunway.com, leading agency specialised in backstage and runway photos of fashion shows. This long experience ended a few years ago and during a two year break, he started travelling around Africa. After he turned to editorial and advertising fashion and beauty photography. Now Filippo lives between Milano, London and Sao Paulo, still pursuing his passion for travels. 

For over twenty years Filippo also shot portraits of a large number of fashion designers and architects for some of the most important publications in both fields.

His client list includes: Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle, Marie Claire, Harper's Bazaar, Mac Cosmetics, Dolce & Gabbana, L'Oreal, GHD, Elizabeth Arden, Mariella Burani, Alessandro Dell'Acqua, Yamamay, Ungaro, Binda Group among many others.
