For the past few weeks, Jemma Watts has been working on a cookbook for Helio’s Kitchen. Helio is an established cook on the celebrity circuit and is championed by many well known chefs such as Nigella Lawson and Ruthie Rogers at the River Café. This is his first book, 'My Dolce Vita', and it will be all about his cakes and desserts recipes. Jemma has also been shooting some interiors for lifestyle title 91 Magazine.
